We work in the Teesside, County Durham & Darlington areas in homeowner or rental domestic properties, care homes, warden controlled flats and similar types of properties.

We also carry out many aspects of commercial work in shops, business units, offices, etc.

Our customers include a nationwide housing assoiation for whom we have worked on their behalf in the North East for over 6 years and also a large nationwide property maintenance agent who have used our services for over 12 months, again covering all properties they manage in the North East.

Our full services offered can be found in our SERVICES section and include all forms of repair, installation, testing & inspection work.

We would welcome any offer of any type of electrical maintenance contract work or any planned maintenance work for larger property portfolios or council owned properties.
